Why Showcase?
Twister Pictures Showcase is a personal and business incentive to give Emerging Filmmakers in the short film space, an opportunity to exhibit their films on the big screen and receive real audience feedback.
Early on we already knew that we wanted to only distribute feature-length films but as we grew as a company - we began to understand the value of building talent pipelines and harnessing the next generation of story-tellers.
As a result, we decided the Showcase sector of the company would provide a simulated experience of what it feels like to have a feature film on the big screen in order to inspire our curated talent the motivation to either make more short films or try making a feature film.

The Showcase isn't just meant for filmmakers. It's meant for everyone with
a creative spirit who want to connect and grow!
Programming
Following the success of our first event, we intend to hold a showcase event once every month.
This gives time to filmmakers to finish finalising their projects before submitting it to us and provides us enough time to market and promote the event to new audiences interested in attending and getting involved.
